Nice bridge! :D
I'm going to be in Chicago on Dec 21st. We are going to hit some museums and the Sears tower. Can you recommend anything that is a must see? :D

late afternoon or early morning lighting... I really do like the lighting of this photo and the composition is lovely... I had not thought of a bridge before as being able to embrace... but this shot really makes sense in that vain... wonderful shot ^_^

Definitely late afternoon.

I have fallen in love with this bridge (and now have a crush on others, as a result). =)

Haha!
I know what you mean. There was a steady stream of people on the bridge, so I had to wait a while before the coast became clear.
I love shooting architecture too. Thank you very much for your words!

Thanks a bunch, John. I used a Tamron 28-80mm aspherical at the 28mm side.
That was really a wonderful picture day.

I'll cross that bridge when i come to it. That's quite the little bend there, I think I would run across or perhaps take a ferry instead!!!

I'd never been to this bridge before. It was a lot of fun to go there late in the day and shoot it from different angles.
Saturday was a golden day for photos.
Thanks very much for the fave on Speed of Light, btw., my friend.

You definitely should come through. It's GREAT in the spring and summer.
This summer Maze featuring Frankie Beverly is going to be headlining (free concert!) at the Taste of Chicago.
